Guide prices are for finished, printed items. Hip flask sets are priced 10% below our current standard website price of £25.
Our printed placemats are made from tempered glass and measure 20cm × 28cm. The smooth glass surface gives your personalised design a crisp, polished finish, creating a commemorative keepsake for guests to take home or an undated placemat for use at future functions.
Placemat quantity offer: order 11 or more placemats and receive 10% off the £8.50 guide price — £7.65 per placemat. This reduction applies to placemats only.
You can combine products in one order, provided you order at least 10 of each product selected. We will confirm the final quotation, artwork requirements and delivery arrangements before you place your order.
Designs adapted for your occasion
Choose an existing layout and have it adapted with your ship or establishment name, crest and event wording, with or without a date. Matching designs can be prepared across the range. If you need a new design or individual names, tell us what you have in mind so we can include it in your quotation.

How to order
- Send your enquiry. Tell us your event date, ship or establishment, products and quantities, design requirements and delivery postcode.
- Receive a quotation and artwork proof. We will confirm the price and delivery timing, and prepare a proof for you to check.
- Approve the artwork and make payment. Production begins once both have been received.
Lead time & delivery
Allow 14 calendar days from receipt of payment and artwork approval. Your delivery timing will be confirmed with your quotation.
Rush orders: available by arrangement, subject to capacity. Please contact us before ordering if your event is sooner.
Bulk event orders are sent by DPD. UK orders over £50 receive free delivery to one address. Delivery charges for orders of £50 or less, and overseas orders, will be confirmed in the quotation.
